If you need to return a defective product, please contact K-n-K within 30 days of the shipping date.  We will determine whether or not the product is eligible for returning.  Please keep in mind that candlewicking fabric has specs in it, and should not be confused with being dirty.  If you have a question please take a picture and email it.  All email will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.  Return inquires must be made within the 30 days time frame.

All returns are subject to the following rules:

• All returns must be made within 30 days of shipping date, no exceptions.

• All products must be returned complete.  No partial product will be accepted. 

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Items damaged in shipping will only be replaced if insurance was purchased.
